DefencePort DRM-12: What a cool drum, and honestly of all the drums on the market for the AR-12 platform shotguns, I think this may be my favorite. This drum magazine is made to fit all of your standard AR12-style shotguns from major importers like Panzer Arms and SDS. This drum holds twenty 12 gauge 2 3/4" shotshells. This durable drum is made from high-quality polymer and steel and all of the metal internals and springs have been properly heat treated. This drum is made by DefencePort in Konya Turkey and they have knocked it out of the park with their patented easy-loading handwheel which makes it easier for shooters to load it comfortably. Most of the AR-style shotguns on the market today are imported from Turkey so it only makes sense that the best drum to complement these rifles would come from there as well. The built-in loading wheel on the front of the drum not only works great but gives the drum a cool futuristic look to boot. We have tested these and they perform flawlessly.
Note: This drum may not fit some bullpup 12 gauge shotguns due to the angle of the pistol grip preventing access to the mag well for drums. Bullpups vary with some readily accepting the drums and others being awkward in regards to insertion and extraction. Use caution when ordering for use in an AR-12 Bullpup.
