Pioneer Arms Sporter Series of AK Rifles have been an affordable mainstay for US consumers for years. These imports from Radom, Poland are produced in some of the same buildings once used by the venerable Polish Military Circle 11 Plant.
Using the Licensed Kalashnikov AK blueprints, Pioneer Arms AK-style firearms are true to the original design. The Sporter series of AK rifles feature a 16.3” barrel with 14x1LH thread pitch, a forged front trunnion, Russian Pattern furniture compatibility, an enhanced safety selector, and a traditional AK optics side rail. This Model, POL-AK-S-FT-P is chambered in 7.62x39 and comes with durable black polymer furniture.
